Hey gopunk..sorry to be OT, but im new to outlook, just installed last night...

How do I make it automatically refresh all new mail when i start up the program? Is there a way for it to retrieve everything without having to click the send/receive all button?

dunno about outlook, but in OE, it is tools -> options -> general -> send and receive messages -> send and receive messages at startup.

Press F5

I'd also like to know how to "bounce" (I assume this means return to sender) e-mail in Outlook.

actually in pine, "bounce" will send the email to an address of your choosing, as if it were directly sent to them.

Goober: For Outlook, go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup -> Send/Receive. You can choose intervals to automatically check mail, and also set it to send/receive automatically.
