Hello!
I recently reapplied the thermal paste for my GPU (Nvidia gtx 660 oc 2gb) ,but when I turn the computer on it doesn't show anything on the screen [black screen].but when I plug-in the vga cable on the motherboard integrated graphic card it work immediately.
Please help,thank you

Easy thing to check is, did you re plug in the pci-e power cables to your video card? Another thing to check is in the motherboard bios if it is set to only use integrated graphics.

This happened to me once when replying the thermal paste on my Gigabyte 1070Ti.

My workaround is
I reapplied it again, and making sure the fan connector is attached, and also make sure with more pressure that the heatsink touch the GPU surface and tighten up the screw, and it work fine after that.

Please make sure that when you plug anything you didn't bent the soldered power of power or anything that need to be plugged off.
