Users of HeatWare will now be allowed to "Reply" to neutral and negative evaluations. In order to reply to an evaluation, navigate to your HeatWare evaluations page, which can be accessed by clicking on the "My Evals" image. Under the "Actions" column you will now see a "Reply" link for all neutral and negative evaluations. Once clicked, you will see the Description and Comments for the evaluation you are replying to. Below that is a box in which you type your reply. Once submitted, users will be able to read the reply by clicking on the "[OPEN]" link for that evaluation. A notification will be sent to the original evaluator that a reply has been submitted to their evaluation.

NOTE: You must be as objective as possible when leaving a Reply. Replies which contains insults, obscenities, or other irrelevant information will be subject to deletion.

Because of this reply feature the HeatWare.com staff will NO LONGER act as a mediator between the two parties. Therefore an evaluation can NOT be modified or deleted under any condition except as follows:

* There is a typographical error in the evaluation.
* Evaluation was left for the wrong person.
* Evaluator chooses to retract the evaluation.
* No money/goods were exchanged.
* Evaluation was written in retaliation.
* Duplicate evaluations submitted for the same trade.

Despite this new policy, forum moderators, Troll Hunters, and the HeatWare.com staff retains the authority to modify/delete evaluations at any time.

If you have any questions please send us an email to support@heatware.com.
