Question for you OCing Gurus out there

I was wondering i have a p3 733 that runs on a 133 fsb. in overclocking it would you just raise the fsb or would you raise the multiplier? i am not sure on this and was wondering if you would give a couple of pointers. Thanks in advance.

raise the FSB. the multiplier is locked. all intel's are multiplier locked.
