What are the chances that Congress will try to modify terms unfavorable to IRA owners to get money?

Who could answer that question? It's a crystal ball kind of question.

IMO, from a purely political standpoint, if we end up with the White House and Congress controlled by the Democrats, chances are far greater. Ms. Pelosi has already made her views public on this issue.

If the Democrats believe only under-taxed rich people have IRA's, then I would be worried.
