Question for you Heavy Metal Fan!!

In 2001, Testament release the album First Strike Still Deadly.But on this album, on song 10 and 11 ( Alone in the Dark and Reign of Terror), its not Chuck Billy who sing but Steve Souza from Exodus.

My question:Is Steve Souza now the new singer for Testament or it was just a special appearance??
