Question for you Asus A7V266 Users

My bios take forever to load. There are two parts that load that seem unecessary. One is talking about press a key to load MBL or something and the other asks press N to boot of network. I don't need either of those messages and it ads like 15 seconds to my boot time. Any way to get rid of those or do you other owners have this come up on boot?
