Question for Verizon users

My wife wants a pink Razor phone, but she's not due for an upgrade until next April, which means we'd have to pay the full retail price of $420 for the phone. I've seen a number of free after rebate deals online, or $25 after rebate, and so on. Can any of these be purchased and activated under Verizion or are we stuck waiting?

Those FAR deals are generally for new 2yr contracts, so you're probably waiting 11 months or taking it up the pooper.

What about this one? It's $200 before the rebate:

Rebate is for new activation only. They were going to charge $160 for the upgrade at the store. If I bought that one would I be able to simply activate her account on it?
Notice the bold
Price: $199.99
(when purchased with new service plan)

The price from Motorla is $400. Amazon's official price with a plan is $200, and then they offer a rebate.

Heh, doublecheck my own post and it turns out that you might be able to get it direct from Moto for $250.

If that link doesn't work, go here, then select Verizon for the carrier and pink for the color and click Buy. The next page should say "Buy it, $249, Add to Cart," and I don't see anything on that page* suggesting that's a plan-based price

* I don't see anything about it right now. It's also 130 in the morning and I should've been in bed quite a while ago. No guarantees are made on information posted in this condition 😉
