Question for those with the Philips Accoustic Edge & Deus Ex

Im try to do some troubleshooting with my computer. I finally got around to playing Deus Ex and when I try to start a new game(or the training mission) I get booted back to my desktop with a "need more virtual memory-free up more HD space" error. Now I have plenty of virtual memory-Ive tinkered with the settings, tried a mem manager..blah, blah blah-no dice. Now, when I first bought Deus Ex I installed it to try it out and it worked fine-so it has to do with one or more of the new pieces of hardware/software i added since then. One of them is the Philips sound card(I used to have a Live)-so my 1st question is-does anybody have the Edge sound card & Deus Ex? Does Deus Ex play fine on you system? Thanks for you help!
