I am required to work from 8:30-5 with 30 min lunch. More often I end up working like 8:30-6 or so. Stupid Salary!

I go anywhere from 830-6... sometimes shorter days... sometimes very not. I also take very little lunch-break time since I work at home. It depends on the workload, but I'm always available during those work hours (instead of out mowing the lawn, etc. like some people. ;)).

Salaried...pretty much work whatever hours I want as long as the job gets done. Lunch can be an hour, two, whatever. No time tracking. :D Of course I am management....muwahahahahahahah!!

we don't have time tracking either. I can take a longer lunch if needed. It's kinda nice. Thing that sucks is if i take a short lunch, i don't get to leave early.

salaried.

policy (straight from handbook) is 8:30 - 5:00, one hour lunch. 7.5 hours work.

i hate having an hour for lunch, there's nowhere to go and it takes me 5 minutes to eat my food.

In other words, you spend more time at the golf course than actually eating lunch.

I work 7:30 - 4:30 and can take a half an hour lunch but usually don't take that long. It is nice not to have to rush though!

Edit: Salaried:D

I'm salaried, but if i were hourly, it would be a 7 hour day, with one hour unpaid lunch...
