Question for those who tag and sort their music...

A while back there was a user who talked about this piece of software he found that automatically cataloged his music. It was a piece of software that ran off a web server. I believe it was using Apache. It even had a player so you could find the song you wanted and it would start playing? I've tried several Google searches but I'm coming up empty.

Any ideas?
