Question for those who have Acura '99 CL or above..please help

This car has the function that let you open the garage door (3 buttons on top) just like a garage door opener, but i don't know how to set it; I have lost the manual for the car. If anyone has this car and knows about this function, please show me how to set it up. Thank you so much.

Instructions for the 2001 CL:

First clear any previously set codes by holding the two outside buttons until the red light flashes. Turn off the power to the garage door opener. Hold the remote control for the opener 1 to 3 inches from the HomeLink transmitter (area where the three buttons are) and while holding the remotes' button also hold the HomeLink button until the HomeLink light blinks. Turn on the opener power and test.
