Do I need to install the Via 4 in 1 under XP?

Just installed in my VP6 a few hours ago. So far it,s great. didnt even think about the 4 in 1's until I read your post.

The Only reason I asked was because my 3dmark scores seem a little slow, 3240

It's built in so it's not required but the latest Via 4in1's are slightly more recent then the drivers MS has built in.
