Question for the rebate junkies

When you send off a Mail in Rebate, do you staple the UPC cutout to the rebate form? Or do you guys normally just throw it in the envelope?

I scotch tape it to the rebate form.

No need to have it flying out of the envelope onto the floor at the clearing house and your rebate is denied.

I just bought a red Swingline stapler last night, I always copy & staple

Wife got a kick out of the red Swingline (it's my new precious).
