😀
For some reason, I smell a really fast thread lock here.. However, since it's a valid question, I think I'll give a go at a valid answer.
1. Is the use of a condom necessary in your situation? Are you in a monogamous relationship with a person who has been tested to be disease free (and have you been so tested?) Are you sure the relationship is monogamous? If you are using the condom strictly for birth control, you may choose an alternative method, such as the Pill, etc.
2. What kinds of condoms have you tried? Instead of using the neon green "glow in the dark" variety, try using the "extra thin" or "ultra-sensitive" type. You might get better results. If you are using the condom for STD prevention, however, stick with the various latex varieties, which are known to stop the AIDS virus, as opposed to the organic varieties made from animal intestine (i.e. hot dog skin)
3. Try to cut down on your personal contribution to the high kitten death rate; this should improve sensitivity somewhat.
