Question for the car experts

I don't want to install one of those HID kits for my RSX, but I would like to use some of those Xenon-like white halogens. What are the best ones out there? Does Sylvania make bulbs for the RSX?

Thanks for the linkage.

Just so you know.....he was mocking you there.

Anyways, all of those blue/'super white' and such bulbs really do nothing for improving your vision at night. Yes, a proper HID system is about the best option out there, but also the most expensive. Your biggest limit in upgrading your current lighting is your lenses. Most likely the stock lenses don't have a sharp enough cutoff, making it so any light 'upgrade' is really just putting more light where it will annoy other drivers more. A lens upgrade would put more of the light where you need it, and less in the other driver's eyes. Once you get that taken care of, as well as upgrading the wiring, you could probably run some higher wattage halogen bulbs.

Also, just so you know, if your lenses were designed for Halogen bulbs....believe it or not the abosolute BEST bulbs you can put in there are Halogens! Any other bulb will produce LESS light. Even putting HID bulbs in there will be less productive!! (the light source is in the wrong spot).
