Well I know I'm looking at getting a new HVAC system. Even though I may end up dropping 8K on a nice Traine or Rheem system, the value of my house will not go up a frickin cent over what it is now with my 29 year old system.

There are things buyers are concerned with and a 3 season porch isn't one of them.
