Question for PCI-E Owners

I recentrly fixed some HUGE problems I was having in BF2 by bumping my graphics aperture on my Asus A8V-Deluxe/6800 Ultra rig from 64mb to 256mb. Well my buddy has been having the same issues that I was having so I recommended that he do that same thing. However, he has been unable to find a graphics aperture setting in his A8N-SLI Deluxe BIOS settings. I even went to the Asus website, dowloaded his manuel, and searched for 'aperture', but it didn't come up with a single result 🙁 .

So I guess my question is two-fold. Seeing that he has PCI-E and I have AGP, is a graphics aperture NOT a setting for PCI-E users, or is he just not seeing the option. If so, then specifically where in a A8N-SLI BIOS would I find this setting?

Thanks.

well they may not be caling it an aperture...my KN1 Exteme board with pci express video card shows PCI Express relative items, then below that it says Maximum Payload Size 4096 but it doesnt elaborate on it in the manual.
