Question for old-school hardcore NBA fan

I was told that Charles Barkley once threw a very small person (a.k.a. midget) through a store front window (at a bar, restaurant, etc) yet when I last checked I didn't see anything on the Internet about the alleged incident. Anyone know if it really ever happened?

Barkley was arrested in Orlando for allegedly hurling 20-year old Jorge Lugo through a bar window after the young man threw a glass of ice at Barkley and some women who were sitting with him (JET, NOV. 17).

Wow great find on your part. The article says nothing about the waiter being a midget/small person but that might be due to poliitcal correctness. I seem to recall Jim Rome calling the waiter a midget but I'm only half sure. Thank you for posting that
