I want to buy the best motherboard that can utilize the speed of CPU. However i saw some spec use the 2000 MT/s for the FSB value...What does it means? How does that compare to 1600MHz FSB?
There is no FSB in AMD64. The HTT link is just from the CPU to the I/O hardware; its relevance to actual system performance is rather small. Socket-939 uses 1000 MHz HTT, the other AMD64 platforms use 800.
