Question for MT/s and FSB

I want to buy the best motherboard that can utilize the speed of CPU. However i saw some spec use the 2000 MT/s for the FSB value...What does it means? How does that compare to 1600MHz FSB?😉

There is no FSB in AMD64. The HTT link is just from the CPU to the I/O hardware; its relevance to actual system performance is rather small. Socket-939 uses 1000 MHz HTT, the other AMD64 platforms use 800.

But still how can i compare the different motherboards.

Asus A8V Deluxe has value of 2000MT/s. How is this compare to other boards with 1600MHZ FSB performance wise?

Stop saying "FSB" or I won't talk to you anymore 😉

I said it already - socket-939 boards use 1000 MHz HTT, -754 and -940 use 800. The rest is marketing bull you might just as well ignore.
