I loaded the apps that IBM has:
UltraNAV, Battery Maximizer, Access Connections, etc. I don't remember the whole list. (I like IBM access connections) It was painfully slow, so I restored to an image with the drivers adn IBM programs, but no other apps. Then I added Access connections, kerio and speedswitchXP). No help. Still slow.
basically, Win boot is about 30 sec, but then it takes Kerio another 90 secs to load and then another MINUTE or more to get the wireless screen to come up to connect to the router. Where did I go wrong? I already optimized with bootvis.
Norton isn't even on at this point.
Can anyone make a LIST of the minimum things to load? I have another image with only win on it I can restore to. I'd like to clear it up so that I can load my apps and actually _use_ it!!

Thanks
Are you only loading the audio/video drivers and win updates and ditching the rest?
If I don't load ultranav, will I be able to configure the touchpad settings? That's loading at boot.
But bootvis says all that's done by 30 seconds.
Why is Kerio takign so long? Why is the Access Connection/wireless card taking so long to be found?
I can post my Bootvis summary if anyone can interpret it.
