Question for folks in Boston area

I was looking into buying a condo in the Boston area in the next few months. I was looking for places along I-95/128 due to the fact that I go to Connecticut often. I was looking into places such as Arlington, Lexington, Waltham. I know all those places are pricey, but can anyone offer any advice? Also, I'm finding it extremely hard to find a place with a garage. Do mostly families live in those places? Would prefer a place that has mainly younger folks, but willing to compromise.

You are a Millionaire, right?

Our corporate offices are in Waltham and those folks pay something like $2000 per month for a 2/1 apartment.

What's up with that?

Nope, not quite at a millionaire yet. Just started working at Raytheon in Woburn.

I think it is mostly single people who live in condos, but I have seen families in there.. This cities you listed are very upper middle class (lexington being high class). You may want to try a place off of 93, which is close to 95 if you live in the Woburn area. If you really want to live near 95, then try Norwood or Dedham, or maybe Newton, but Newton may be alittle high in price depending on where you would live.

Do you work for Raytheon? Because Raytheon corporate offices are in Waltham. I had no idea it was that expensive. A small place like 600-700 sq. ft. would be fine.

Nope. Not Raytheon. An Avaya Business Partner based out of Waltham. But I know where your offices are. If you cross 128 and it turns into Totten Pond and proceed East, there's a Best Western where I stay when I'm up there. The Naked Fish is in the parking lot and I eat dinner there all of the time. I do donuts in the rental car in the back parking lot. :D
