question for FEDEX user, for those of u using MyFedex ship manager in Fedex.com

Hi, All

And recently I start using Fedex service and I have already have several ocassion that my
acutal shipping quote from the MyFedx shipping manager is MUCH higher than the courtesy quote from Fedex.com

I have verify that with the Fedex staff at the drop off station and he/she can't explain why...

The acutal shipping cost from the staff station is about the same as the courtesy quote.
However, The quote from Fedex ship manager under MyFedex is always much higher...

I DO make sure I select the SAME option for both of the courtesy quote and acutal quote
and I always get HIGHER special handling charge from the actual quote than the courtesy quote ?

I am wondering what is going on ?

does it happen to u guys using the MyFedex ship manager in Fedex.com ?

The only thing I can think of is the Residential and Gas surcharges that are in place.
