Question for contact lense wearers

What brand are your lenses and how often does the lens recommend being replaced?

I have accuvue two week lenses.

I use Acuvue Oasys lenses - recommended to be replaced after two weeks of wear (if you remove them at night).

I tend to follow that schedule pretty closely, maybe squeeze 1-3 extra days out, depending ok how long I was wearing them each day. I wouldn't want go go longer than that though, since they start to feel pretty bleh.

Focus dailies. If you can find them, they are super inexpensive. They have aqua comfort plus which are a little nicer but cost more too. I like not having to use solution and have fresh contacts everyday. I have been wearing these for about a decade.

Used accuvue's for nearly 20 years. Two different kinds of disposables. I switched to BioTrue one a days a couple years ago, I find them more comfortable. I wear them more than one day.

I remember a 60 minutes or 20/20 segment like 20 years ago where they did a thing on disposable contact lenses. They found out the one a day accuvue were physically the same as the two week ones. It was purely marketing them differently. They interviewed a high level executive from J&J and he would not deny that.
