Cliffs:
-Loud music for 2.25 hours last night, right ear hurt afterwards.
-Today pain is not really a problem, things sound weird, feels like there is water in my ear.
-Now my left ear is bothering me and I feel light headed.
-Suggestions?

Last night I went to a dance recital which was a little over 2 hours long. I was sitting about 4 rows back from the stage, where there was a speaker blasting the music for the dances. Near the end of it I started to get a pain in my right ear (the speaker was to the right), but didn't leave because it was almost over and I didn't want to look like a pansy. Afterwards, I barely heard any ringing, I just had a not so horrible pain in my right ear. Two hours later I was getting drunk, so I didn't feel any pain.

Today the same ear was feeling weird, kinda like I had water in it. I laid down on my right side and after a bit of that some wax gooped out and that feeling went away. The pain was very dull, things just kind of sounded weird.

Now my left ear hurts a bit and I'm moderately light-headed just reading text on the computer screen.

What do you ATOT MDs suggest I do/what is wrong with me? I know that if my inner ear is damaged my balance could be thrown off, which might be responsible for my light-headedness, but the room isn't spinning or anything and I'm not nauseas.

you should be fine in a few days. i worked security for a big concert and was stationed just in front of the stack ( think rock concert speaker stack). even with my ear plugs i could not hear much after the show and it took about 4 days to be back to normal. was a kinda dull pain, and then felt like my ears were full of jello for a while.

Yes it takes at least 24 hours to regain normal hearing after loud concert/music. Also make sure not to listen to loud music/noise again within this time, as it will make it worse..
