Hey guys-

My friend who is the Middle East serving in the army has written another friend of mine requesting to send him a carton of cigarettes.

What would be the best way to send these?

By USPS & to his APO (or whatever his address is).

If your friend is going to go through the trouble, tell him to him send the man 2 cartons.
