Question for anyone who has done a RMA on a Soyo Mobo.

I'm getting ready to send my SY-6BA+IV board back to Soyo, I have my RMA number. On the form it says: Purchaser sending in the board for repair/replacement pays $15.00 for Shipping & handling.

It does'nt say to include payment & I will have to pay now to ship it.Do they usually send you a bill? Or do you just pay ups $7.00 to ship now & then put another $15.00 in the box for them to ship it back? Hope that makes some sense. I tried calling them but there closed for the weekend & I need to get this mailed out ASAP.

Thanks,Toro

Yeah, they tried to screw me on 3 of their defected boards... I gave them away and never recommend soyo.

You pay whatever cost it takes to get the board to them and shove 15 bucks of your hard earn money in the box for them to send it back to you.. and mostly for their mistakes.
