Question for anyone using Win XP Pro Corp.

I have a question for anyone using Win XP Pro, Corp, Edition. The real one not the devils own hack. I just want to know what the second set of numbers in the CD key are.

If you're using a real corp version then you dont need a cd key.

But if you must have your key just look in your i386 folder & open up the SIF file, the cd key's inside that file.

I "got"XP pro corp and I want to know if everyone else in my place has the same cd key, my second set is RHQQ2 is that the same for everyone ?

My Select copy has GMK3W as the 2nd set of characters.

The Select version of XP requires a key but companies commonly roll up a network install and include the key in the setup file.

Talk to the IT dept that gave it to you.

Seriously! If you did get XP w/out stealing it, asking for the key should be no biggy. Besides, the purpose of CD-Key's is for them to be different, not everyone is going to have RHQQ2 as the second set...

Not for companies that subscribe to Microsoft's bulk licensing. You get one master key for each software package and OS the company is licensed for.

My copy (which was given to me by somebody, but I don't know how or where he obtained it from) has the same key.

The cd key with RHQQ2 in it is the key used by people with Devilsown copy of XP Corp. That key will most assuredly be blacklisted with sp1.
