Question for all you Promise Ultra66 (raid modded) owners

Can this card be used as a plain IDE controller for cdroms, dvdroms...etc... as well as a Raid card?
I have a Promise Ultra66 modded to Fastrack Raid.

At first I thought it could, but reading into the manual further I'm not so sure it can be now.
Please help.
 
Not using my modded card any longer but as i recall it seems that i could run cdroms on it as long as there was at least 1 hdd in a single drive array. might be wrong since it has been a while since i used it but give that configuration a try and see if that will work.
