I'm hooking up my old 8 bit NES to my LCD TV and the zapper games don't seem to work. The gun itself makes a flash onscreen and the noise is present but no dead gangsters. Is the LCD distorting the gun? And before I get posts saying "try aiming" or "point the gun at the screen" I tried the gun from a distance of 6 feet away and about a foot away with the same results.

Help Please! I just want to play Wild Gunman and Hogan's Alley again :)

I dont think it'll work on that.
Heck, light guns are just coming out to work on HD TVS, so I dont think NES games will work on an LCD
