I was just looking at where I currently live in New Jersey vs. where I am moving to:
See here
Anyway, I currently live in Atlantic County and want to move to Middlesex county. Nothing really changes health wise except that in the new place I want to move to, the "Toxics released to the environment" is a LOT worse.
What I wanted to know (since I don't want to become paranoid and move to the midwest right now just to save my life) is that the site says by living in a place that is the worst county in America for toxic releases from a county that is the best in America for toxic releases increased your cancer risk.
My question is....
Does that mean my risk of cancer is like 90% if I move to that place, vs. 10% if I moved elsewhere? Or does it only increase the risk by fractional amounts, such as 10-20%?
Thanks!
