I bought my all-in-wonder radeon almost exactly a year ago... I love this card, but use it mostly for quakin' or watching dvd's.
I'm embarrased to say I've had the card for quite a while, and still haven't gotten around to really playing around with the other features on it. I'm wanting to connect a VCR to this card and rip a VHS as a video file onto the PC... I don't even know if this is possible, but I have this awesome video of me skydiving that i wanted to convert as an mpeg or preferably avi format and send out to people.
If anyones done this, give me some advice or stories on how it turned out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

yeah, just use that purple box and hook up the left/right audio and video to it. Then use the TV program and change the source from Tuner to composite and you can record, then later you can edit, compress, whatever. Just mess with it, should be pretty easy to figure out.
