Question for Abit KT7A Owners

I upgraded my board from the KT7 Raid to the KT7A RAID awhile back and am happy with it for the most part. The problem is, every chipset identifying program I use shows it as a 686A chipset instead of 686B.

I've checked wcpuid, Sisoft, and the system summary page after benching with 3DMark2k1.
They all identify the chipset as 686A. What gives? Is this a known issue? Does it occur for you as well? Is there another program out there to reliably identify the chipset?

Answers, comments, or suggestions?

BIOS WW btw....most stable I used under KT7 so I left it as is from when I bought this new board.

I've got the same board with the same bios and SiSoft2k says it's a 686a southbridge. Probably just need to get the latest version of the software. 🙂

Easiest way to tell for sure is to open the case and read what is printed on the southbridge chip.
