Just wondering if there is anyone out there who could tell me their experiences with using a webcam and a 56k modem. I would like to know if you think it's very useful in general, and also:
-What kind of framerate do you see.
-Is the other person you usually connect to also using a 56k.
-What are the specs of your webcam i.e.:
o resolution
o frames per second rating
o USB/parallel
One of the people I am thinking of buying it for would use it to connect to her son overseas. He is on broadband but she will be on 56k here in the U.S. Thanks for any help.
