QUESTION: Eye exams at Sears and/or JCPenney

Does anyone here have any experience with eye exams at either Sears Optical or JCPenney Optical? Are they as good as exams at a normal hospital or medical center?

I've had my eyes examined at sears and the procedure was the same as it would have been at an Eye Clinic as they both use licensed Optometrists.
