Question, Does the mobile P3 have on die cache?

that's a definite yes.
my p3 1.2GHz model has 512kb on-die L2 cache!

I'm looking around for some cheap laptops, in that range. I figured the mobile Celerons had on die since their desktop one did too.

There's two versions of the Mobile P3....the mobile p3 and the p3-m

the mobile p3 has 256k of on-die cache, IIRC, the p3-m (newer) has 512k of full speed on-die cache.

My laptop has the 866mhz P3-M.

All of the mobile P3's have been full speed on die cache, the slowest was the 500mhz iirc.
