Wanting to get a Digital Storm Velox PC with 64GB DDR5 6000MHz Kingston FURY Beast RGB RAM and ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero (Wi-Fi) (Z790) (Up to 3x PCI-E) (No SLI) (DDR5)

Is it possible for me to separately purchase another 2 x 32GB DDR5 6000MHz Kingston FURY Beast RGB RAM and add them to the machine by myself later? will it work flawlessly ? Such that the machine will have a total of 128GIG 6000MHZ RAM

Getting newer builds to work with 4 sticks of ram is tougher than it used to be. You may have to lower the speed to get 4 sticks to work. The motherboard's website should have a QVL list with some insight as to the speed with which 4x32GB will work. It will vary depending on the CPU. Assuming you plan to use a 14th Gen? Here's what ASUS shows. Only a few kits have been tested. All at 5600CL40 or slower. Doesn't mean that something faster won't work necessarily, but ASUS hasn't verified that it works.
