Question Question Computer turn off and on automatically after few Sec

Hi
Please guide me
about old computer with cpu G3220 and motherboard h81m hd3
I don't know why when i turn on computer then after few sec it will be off and then on and it will be continue to off and on
I changed ram to another brand but not effect
after that i change power but not work
then even i change to another cpu , Same model but not any change

* After that i put out motherboard battery with another old motherboard battery and it was worked again and was fixed

but after i put out this battery with the pervious battery then the problem start again

* now i put another motherboard battery on this motherboard but not fix and still on and off
So do you know what is the problem ? how can i fix this ?

i just want to update , i connect speaker to motherboard and when motherboard start , its have continuous short beep until turn off
so what is mean continuous short beep ?

That said, I know that you already did some of the above.

So... it is probaly the Mother per-se that one of its component is gone.

That means you probably need a New Mohterboard.
