Question bout Dell E510, why does the CPU run at 800mhz bus, while the RAM is 533mhz?

On the Dell E510, the CPUs are running at 800mhz bus, but the RAM it comes with is 533mhz.Is there a way to up the ram bus speed?

Depends on if the chipset lets you. That is what is determining what RAM you can use. If its one of the cheaper/lower end ones then it might only offer 533Mhz, but if its one of the higher end ones (945? I don't know Intel chipsets very well), then it should.
