Question before newegg order. Am I going to have clearance issues?

About to order the EVGA GTX 260, a Gigabyte UD3P and some memory for a new build. Will I have clearance issues with my hugantic heatsink though?

nope, maybe, your post is a little vague. what type heat sink, and case do you have.

I ended up doing all the measurements and it'll fit if I mount the fan on the other side sucking air through instead of pushing.

Thanks for the reply though. The case is an antec p180, didn't think to include it since I was worried amount memory clearence. The heatsink was listed in the topic summary. A scythe infinity.
