I've been thinking about changing my username for a while, and this thread made me think about it again - I've posted the question on Forum Issues, but maybe someone on OT can clarify as well?

I was getting a bit tired of the Jehovah jokes, and people kept on thining I was some kind of hardcore religious nut - I originally did it to illustrate the ironic humor in all of it (there's a backstory to it, but I won't dare tell it on an online forum), but it's kinda getting cliche now, I suppose.

The trouble with that is nobody will know who the heck you are after you change it. Hell, I don't know who you are now though so I guess it doesn't matter.

Just PM a mod. They'll probably grant you that request...if you ask nicely. 😀

Edit-I just realized you want to change it to a name that's already taken. Not much chance of that happening IMO. Pick another name...one that's not taken.
