I was curious, because they will not help at all and are totally giving me the shaft, so the deal is I'm trying to get the password for my account and the last CSR refused my request to talk to a supervisor so I said I'm going to file a complaint and they said ok. So I call back 10min later and get a new CSR, and as soon as he pulls up my account his attitude changes to negative and says the previous CSR wrote some stuff about the account, about how I'll never be able to recover it.

I'm curious what it is and if there is even a supervisor because this time they also refuse a supervisor and say there is too long of a wait, or some bs.

I hate SOE atm.

Par for the course for Sony... we all have to learn at some point, be thankful you're not one of the people who did so with a $5k television. World of Warcraft is out, I suggest you give it a try.
 
I have no desire to play an MMO blizzard or SOE, my wife cannot remember the passwords and I would just like to have it back.


I called their corporate HQ to complain they said if I call tomorrow someone will be in to help me with the problem.

It just makes me mad because the notes they wrote on the account make any CSR I get a hold of switch to negative, and they will not let me speak to a supervisor at all.

Don't they want their 13$/mo they've been getting from me for over 3 years now.

Have your wife try WoW then. Seriously, the only things Sony does well are screwing customers and redefining incompetence. For your and your wife's own good, don't buy their products or services.
