Do they have a lifetime warranty? I've heard that before, and well, one of my favorite pants is from them, and it has a rather unsightly tear above the left theigh . . . so if they do have something like that, I'd just go get something else or just exchange it for a new pair, you know?

Well I have no clue - I was wondering about whether they had warranties against something of that sort.

Yup, lifetime warranty. Take them back anytime. Girlfriend works there and says that policy is well used by people. But, like any clothing store, they make such crazy profit on clothes they don't really care.

Hmm, if I can avoid making a jackass of myself I might try to exchange a few pairs of jeans from there.

A pair of flipflops I had from there, the padding separated from the rest of the shoe. Do shoes count as well?

Yup, everything. From what I understand, you could exchange underwear with your own personal stripes.
