Question about XP...

I would like to set up a Restore Point on a system that has a new installation of Windows XP. Is it possible to save Restore Points so the OS does not routinely delete them after two weeks? I would aslo like to know where it saves them, the "_restore" folder is no longer there....

I have another question...whenever I delete the Links folder in my favorites, it always comes back every time I restart Internet Explorer. Is there any way I can delete it without it coming back? I have Internet Explorer 6.00.2800.
