is there a way to serup remote assistant so it doesn't ask the computer you're dialing into to accept the connection? ie, automaticallyconnect? there was some freeware program before that i had that would do this that worked cross platform, i was just wondering if remote assistant would.
 
no. It requres them to accept. Using the Remote desktop however will allow you to disconnect the user and take over..... Check out Real VNC. Cross-platform (Solaris, Linux, MAC, etc.) Free. Works great. -TAL
