question about xbox 360 profiles and deletion

I've got an xbox 360 with three separate profiles (all silver accounts) on the HD and 7 different games saved across the 3 of them. What I want to do is merge all the save files onto to one account so I don't have to keep selecting the correct profile when I want to play one of the games. I couldn't find anywhere online that stated this could be done, but checking in the xbox dashboard, I'm able to delete a profile without actually deleting the game saves or 'items' as they call it.

Lets say I deleted profiles B and C with the option of only deleting the profile and saving the 'items' and profile B had my completed GTA4 game, could I then access GTA4's completed game to roam around in while logged onto profile A? Or would it not load the game unless I did the profile recovery thing to recovery profile B.... or would it just corrupt the save file and not load ever again?

I don't think this is possible without "hacking" the drive.

Blame achievements for this, mostly. MS doesn't want people loading up saved games under other people's names just to get achievements.
