I just signed up for a new plan with Verizon. I have the Motorola V60c phone with 750 peak minutes and unlimited nights and weekends.
My question is, does being on the web on my phone count against my minutes? If yes, how do they track your usage? Do they charge you airtime only when you are sending/receiving data? I'm afraid that I could possible not "log out" and get charged an exorbitant amount on my next phone bill becuase unknowingly I went over my minutes.
For example, what If I sign onto my YahooIM client via my phone but I never sign off, will that count against my minutes for the entire duration I am signed on, or do they only log the minutes when I am being sent an IM?
I'm curious to find out.
