Question about wirefly.com

I'm thinking about getting a new nextel phone from them. Couple things I'm wondering though:

1. Once the phone is purchased and I receive everything, I'm in contract with nextel and deal only with nextel from then on? I don't have to keep going to wirefly to add/change my contract and stuff do I?

2. I work for a gov't agency and so can get a 10% discount on my plan. If I buy from wirefly, can I call nextel up after I get the phone and apply for the 10% off? (I would do it this way, because our local rep wants to charge $125 for the same phone that is $0 on wirefly).

Also, I don't know too much about nextel phones, which one would be the best:

1. Motorola i760
2. Motorola i830 Silver
3. Motorola i710
4. Motorola i836

Really? There's an active topic in Hot Deals with over 250 posts... I haven't read through every single one, but most are happy it seems.

Also, none of my phones have rebates or they are low money so I don't think that part really bothers me.
