Question about windows xp

Hey i just noticed today that in my
mycomputer/c/documents and setting/ i have an all users, any a folder with my name on it. Now ive always had those there but now i noticed a folder that is named default user along with 2 text documents that says all user log and default user log. Does anyone else have these same items in their documents and settings?
 
You enabled hidden directories and files.

Default is the profile that is the basis for all new profiles on the system.
