Question About Windows XP

ok, so I purchased my copy of windows XP when I built my system. If I ever plan on selling my computer to my brother do I have to take windows off of it and make him buy his own copy??? I would never want to do anything illegal.

Just curious, because I have my CD, and if I wanted to build a new computer I could just use that CD. But when I did that, would I have to remove the copy off of his???



These questions just come to me while I'm sitting around and I am always curious to figure them out.

Kinda like when you hear a song, and someone asks you the name and you just can't seem to remember. Then it bugs you for the rest of the day
 
Legally, you have to remove it from one machine in order to install it to another if you only have the license for one machine.
